As a team member,  our main role is the safety and supervision of our guests. As a growing brand, we need someone to join our team with outstanding leadership / management skills who can slide into our management team on a full time basis on an attractive salary.

A bit about us, we are a multi award winning brand and are Market Leaders in Adventure Tourism! We are a team of highly committed and passionate guides who love adventure and have exceptional safety awareness and customer service skills. 

To be successful, you must be able to demonstrate or be willing to learn:

• Ability to work on the sunshine coast (next to big pineapple)

• Ability to lead and manage a team during high tempo periods. 

• Can respond to incidents and coordinate emergency procedures. 

• Ability to conduct Training and HR responsibilities.

• Can demonstrate the proficient use of booking and daily till taking systems. 

• Ability to compile team rosters.

• Ability to handle conflict and complaint resolutions. 

• Ability to communicate confidently, clearly and effectively to people of all ages and from various backgrounds. Our guests are both from Australia and overseas, from children through to elderly.

• Be available to work 5 days a week including weekends. 

• Be energetic and outgoing with a demonstrable passion for the outdoors.

• An assertive attitude when required in providing safety instructions and guidance.

• Ability to stand on your feet the entire work shift.

• Able to commit to a minimum of 12 months. 

• Commitment to strict safety standards.

• Own private transportation.

• Professional appearance. 

• Must be fit and able to complete our Adventure park courses in a timely manner.

• Must have or obtain Blue Card and current First Aid & CPR.
