We are an award winning adventure company operating guided ATV tours within the world renowned Freycinet National Park.

We are looking for energetic Tour guides to join our team and create unparalleled and memorable experiences for our clients on Tasmania’s East Coast. If you have an enthusiastic love for the outdoors, are an adventure seeker, have excellent communication, an outgoing personality and want a job that makes you feel happy to share with others, this opportunity may be for you. 

We want people who have a good work ethic and can follow instructions as well as think for themselves. Some background knowledge of maintaining ATV’s, or the ability to learn these skills quickly is beneficial. Who wouldn’t want to show off Freycinet’s stunning white beaches and granite peaks while riding their own ATV! 

Our close knit team provides awesome interpretative experiences for over 3,000 people each year sharing with them the true hidden beauties of Freycinet National Park. We have an impressive TripAdvisor rating and strive to provide quality experiences that exceed our client’s expectations.

As one of our Tour guides, your working day is varied. The position ranges from administrative duties, guiding in remote areas with clients, mechanical and maintenance work on the ATV’s as well as general cleaning and detailing. The position requires excellent communication skills with both colleagues and clients, showcasing our beautiful eucalypt forest, coastal heath land and stunning coastline of the National Park in a fun, friendly and informative manner.

Mechanical work maintaining the vehicles is an important aspect of the job to ensure reliability and safety. Experience in this area is beneficial. Office duties include interacting with potential customers, responding to emails and phone calls, taking bookings and basic paperwork procedures, general cleaning as well as office presentation and ground maintenance tasks. It is a highly responsible position as staff are often working independently. 

Work is consistent and available year round. 

 

Skills and qualifications we are looking for include: 

Friendly, fun, outgoing and professional personality is a must 

Able to work as a member of a team 

Good communication skills 

Responsible and able to manage a small group 

Drivers licence is essential 

Mechanical experience is preferred 

Good computer skills 

Tour guiding qualification/experience preferred 

First Aid qualification 

Work with initiative and independently 

Attention to detail 

 

Work is available immediately, Based in Coles Bay
