• Do you have at least 2 years’ ‘Lead’ experience on 80m+ Motoryachts?
• Permanent role with asap start!
• Busy Mid Season followed by a Yard Period!

We are seeking a Bosun for a large private MY based in the Med.  The person we seek will have previous experience as a Bosun on yachts larger than 80-m or 2 years’ experience as Lead Deckhand with proven recommendations

You will be a great leader and be able to mentor and coach your junior deck crew in the right maintenance procedures, so a hands-on crew member is what we are seeking.

Qualifications: 

• PWC Instructor
• Power Boat Level 2
• Heli Deck Assistant
• Safe working aloft and Working outboard training course
• STCW including Proficiency in Designated Security Duties
• ENG 1 Medical Certificate valid minimum 12 months
• Valid Passport

Requirements: 

• Confident tender driving skills and experience
• Mooring operations, leading the team
• Painting and Varnishing (Awlgrip & Alexseal)
• Experience in deck maintenance is essential
• A great attitude and work ethic. 
• Non-smoker
• No visible tattoos
• STCW 2010
• ENG1
• Fully COVID 19 Vaccinated

Salary:  Euro 4.250 with 60 days leave per year
