Your Responsibilities will include:

• Provide group and individual guests with the best hiking experience by delivering all programs in a safe enjoyable and fun manner
• Completing all requested daily administrative duties
• Appropriate risk assessment for hazards, features and trail choices
• Assess guest’s skill levels and plan appropriate activities
• Follow all required company operating guidelines and safe work practices
• Assist Patrol and Mountain Operations as required

Ideal Candidates:

• 19 years of age or older
• Previous guiding experience
• Previous two-way radio communication experience
• High level of fitness, free of injury
• Mountain travel knowledge, training or related experience

Preferred Attributes:

• Self-motivated and able to work productively with limited supervision
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of  hiking trails
• Second language skills are an asset
