We are looking for you!

As a kite instructor: in, intern: in or water sports assistant: in to join our team from May - September / October.

We are a surf school on the beautiful island of Rügen with a focus on weekly kitecamps. Daily classes as well as accompanying kiting are part of it, as well as SUP and from this year wingsurfing. We also run a small surfshop and a cozy hostel with 16 beds and some pitches for bullies.

Also: from bed to the board! Right outside the door is our mile-long standing area in Gro ßener Jasmunder Bodden and a few minutes away you will find the finest wave on the Baltic Sea side.

You should (optimally):

- Have experience in teaching (VDWS Instructor License or comparable)

- be sociable and want to do something with team and guests every once in a while in your spare time

- be tolerant, teamable and open to new experiences

- even after work, want to tackle it or implement your own ideas & concepts

- like to work independently, be flexible and helpful

Your job includes:

- the independent conduct of kite courses and kitecamps in cooperation with the team

- Preparation and follow-up of your classes

- co-designing events with guests, e.g. pizza night, barbecue, tours, etc.

- maintenance and repair of surf and kit material

As a water sports assistant: in or intern: in you will learn about everyday life in a surf school and you will even be allowed to teach your first beginner courses after a corresponding initial training. It would be great if you can already kit, otherwise of course we will teach you .
