KITESURF INSTRUCTORS - JOIN THE TEAM

We are looking for you! Our surf shop & surf school are located on the beach of Workum, at one of the most beautiful kite and windsurf locations in the Netherlands. Here in Workum we have everything in house for both the novice and professional surfer. In our surf shop you will find everything you need to kitesurf, windsurf, wing or wing foiling.

Profile kitesurf instructor

We are looking for a number of enthusiastic & motivated kitesurf instructors & instructors to join our friendly team. Can you enthusiastically give your students a fantastic day? Then we are looking for you! You will work on the beach of Workum, the kitesurfing spot of the north. Here are the highest jumps measured (not by course participants) Do you want to come and work in this awesome place? Are you available for a few months, weeks or days? Mail us! We are flexible in working periods and times.

No kitesurf instructor certificate yet? In the preseason you can obtain your IKO certificate internally with us, how cool is that! The course lasts 1 to 2 weeks, in these weeks you will learn everything you need to know to become an instructor. If you want to come to work for a longer period of time or for a few weekends, it is also possible to stay on the campsite 5 minutes walk from the surf shop & surf school. We can arrange a nice spot on the campsite for a longer period.

In possession of an instructor license is an advantage?

You have a passion for kitesurfing or want this passion too

You are in possession of a VDWS / IKO Instructor diploma or would like to get it

Independent working instructor

You are flexible and super fun

Speaks one over several languages. Frisian, Dutch, German or English

We offer a good salary?You can work fulltime 40, 36 or 32 hours a week ?For 6 or 7 months on contract
