Job Description

We are a Surf, Kite & Yoga Camp looking for a Surf & Kitesurf Instructor and Coach!

We are  a surfers and Kitesurfers dream, with warm weather all year round, epic surfing for all levels, afternoon wind every day and stunning cuisine.

This is a great opportunity if you always wanted to surf and Kite in Peru, we are a small Surf House with personalised groups and focus in the guests progression, learning and enjoyment.

The Surf Lessons / Coaching are generally done during the morning (only for specific reasons we do them in the afternoon) and Kitesurfing lessons and Wave Riding Trips in the afternoon, so it´s perfect to be able to work in the mornings and afternoons.

We are surrounded by plenty of breaks and you will be living just 100 meters from one of the best waves in the area, 10 minutes driving from the best Wave Riding spot in all the North Shore and 200 meters from a flat water beach.

You will have a lot of time to Surf, Kite, Skate (we have a private skate bowl at the Surf Camp).

Skills / certifications:

• Minimum 25 years old
• Patience, social, team player, responsible and great managing groups and time. You will be living in the Surf Camp with our in-house Crew, so you will join guests during meals, hang out with them and spend time with guest and crew.
• English as first or second language: 95% of our lessons are in english.
• Surf Instructor for all levels: beginners to Intermediate (working in white water and green waves) and Surf Coach.
• Kitesurf Instructor for all levels: we generally have full beginners or Advance Riders who will have to take them to the Wave riding spots.
• Driving license
• Certification required (Can be ISA or other national associations for Surfing and IKO or similar for Kitesurf).

Period: 
Starting on August 2021 and you should arrive to our place one week earlier for a training period (surf, kite, explore our teaching spots, meet the crew, etc). Ideally, you should stay unless for 3 or 4 months with us and you can always extend your stay and stay for the summer season (December to April).

What do we offer:

• Accommodation in our Surf House.
• Fix payment on Surf Lessons and Kite Lessons. We only teach up to 4 students at the same time for Surfing and 2 for Kitesurfing.
