Job Description

Our company pioneered trekking on Central Australia's Larapinta Trail, we were the first to operate Larapinta Treks in 1995 and have been the market leader since. Our very own Classic Larapinta trip is listed as one of the seven Great Walks of Australia and has won the NT Brolga Award for Ecotourism 3 times 2016, 2017 and 2019. We also have a thriving Top End program. We believe travel is about embracing the nature, culture and people of each destination, which is why we strive to create unique and innovative adventures that give travellers an immersive experience in a destination, with minimal impact to the environment.

We are currently seeking professional, passionate and experienced tour guides to join our team for our 2021 trekking season based in Alice Springs and/or Darwin.

Applicants must have a strong background in wilderness tour leading and/or outdoor education.

Applicants must have or be willing to obtain;

-Guiding or outdoors qualification or equivalent
-Remote Area or Wilderness First Aid
-Light rigid driver's license
-Public Passenger Accreditation
-Uluru-Kata Tjuta Knowledge for Tour Guides (Uluru trips only)

The work is seasonal from March to October. There is also the opportunity to go on to year-round national guiding work.
