We have the perfect role! Come and work as a lead watersports instructor. It is a family owned, award winning park that has have been operating for over 60 years and is an accredited RYA training centre.

We are looking for a self-motivated multi-activity instructor or a RYA Instructor or a British Canoeing Coach. Able to work with initiative to plan, organise and deliver fun, high quality activity sessions and courses for groups of all ages and abilities. While instructing a range of activities and courses, in which the successful candidate holds the appropriate qualifications in, the safety of all participants on and off the water is paramount ensuring that governing body guidelines and the park’s operating procedures are adhered to.

A real passion for watersports is a must and so is experience in a similar type of role. It is essential that professional qualifications are held in the relevant field and are up to date and valid (RYA Dinghy Instructor certificate; British Canoeing Instructor or Higher; British Stand-Up Paddle Board Association Level 1 Instructor). A valid First Aid certificate and an RYA Powerboat Level 1/2 qualification are also necessary.

This role is very diverse, it appeals to someone who enjoys variation throughout the day. A willingness to carry out all manner of jobs that go hand in hand with running a watersports centre with minimal fuss and a good work ethic. Flexibility, punctuality, and reliability are just as important as integrity, a can-do attitude and be able to work alongside a variety of people.

On offer is a seasonal position over 5 days. Salary is negotiable for the right candidate.
