Job Description

We are on the hunt for an awesome instructor to do some casual instruction work with us.

We are after someone that….

- Has experience running high ropes activities.

- Has a positive attitude and can work within a small team

- Has taken groups tramping in the bush before and is comfortable taking a group of 11 high school students out into the Nelson Lakes NP. All the locations we tramp to are within 10km from Rotoiti Lodge Base.

- Has a current 1st aid certificate.

- Is able to help out when needed with non instruction tasks (we take pride in the presentation of our centre)

- Has instructed high school students before.

- Is a quick learner, we will have one week of training and then we need you to take control of a group for a week doing a range of activities.

- Has a means of transport to get to St Arnaud.

- Sea kayak leaders and or abseil leaders would be a huge bonus.

- Is available 24th May – 4th June 2021 and 15th Nov – 26th Nov 2021. (if only one of these dates work, you can still contact us. We have options)
