Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, reliable and enthusiastic Senior Surf Coach to join our team part time.  They are an ASI Accredited Surf School located at Umina Beach, Central Coast NSW.  

The successful candidate will have all required surf coach qualifications and a minimum 1 year experience working for a surf school that involved leading and delivering beginner surf programs. They will work collaboratively in a team and be able to manage and support junior surf coaches. 

They will be passionate about surf education as well as be able to differentiate their teaching methods so that all learners can succeed in the surfing environment. 

This person will be friendly, approachable and be able to connect with all our clients of different ages, genders and abilities. They will be passionate about their job and will be determined to help their students reach their goals in the water. 

They must be able to work weekends and some after school lessons as well as school holidays. This position will go through until May 2020 with the possibility of extending through the winter if they wanted it to.
