Description: Manages the daily operations of the Ski and Ride School

Our Mountain Resort, the premier Southern California destination, is curently looking for an exemplary and capable leader, responsible for planning and managing the operations of the business and staff in the Ski and Snowboard Program for theResort. Candidates need to possess strong leadership qualities to effectively manage and lead a 100+ staff, including supervisors, instructors and assistants.

Requirements

The successful candidate will possess the following traits and abilities:

• At least twenty-one (21) years old
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Significant experience as a professional ski/snowboard instructor
• Substantial and documentable experience in supervision and safety practices
• Able to work weekdays, weekends and holidays in variable weather conditions
• Minimum current Level 2 PSIA/AASI or International equivalent
• An effective communicator who acts as an ambassador of service for the Company internally to staff and externally to guests
• Ability to resolve issues with an assertive attitude of respect and maturity
• Valid California driver's license with an acceptable driving record
