About Us

Mount Dobson sits on the southern end of the Two Thumb Range in New Zealand’s Southern Alps. The Mt Dobson Ski Field sits in a wide, sunny basin that collects fantastic powder and offers superb views and wicked trails. Patroller duties include snow safety work, guest injury attendance, slope maintenance, assisting with lunch breaks, Internationally recognized qualifications required. Must be able to speak fluent English 

Qualifications & experience

• Ski patrol qualification an advantage ? Avalanche Safety qualification a plus ? PHEC (Pre Hospital Emergency Care) minimum required ? Trade qualification in building, electrical or automotive desirable.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Plan and implement work to deliver functions relating to ski patrol ? Manage snow safety operations ? Treat or advise the best course of action for the wellbeing of patients ? Hazards to rider safety are identified and mitigated ? Ensure industry and Mt Dobson safety management plans are adhered to
