Job Description

As Snow Sports Manager you will deliver the snow sports strategy and manage the ski and snowboard Coaches to provide expert tuition and deliver a memorable guest experience. Key to this role is the implementation and monitoring of the Company brand standards for the department.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will always provide inspiring leadership and be a standard bearer for the company's values. You will critically appraise and continuously develop the strategy to support the development of all slope activities, taking full responsibility for the department’s financial performance.

As a qualified snow sports Coach, you will ensure all Coaches are exceeding targets and objectives and provide training to your team on a regular basis. You will have exceptional communication skills and be adaptable to the changing needs of the business, while maintaining a consistent lesson delivery experience.
