We are Hiring!!!

We are looking for people to join our EPIC PROGRAMMING TEAM!

The role of a coach is to guide guests and clients through an extraordinary and unique experience. We are looking for genuine and passionate people excited about helping others discover what they are capable of and create awesome memories.

We require experienced applicants to have the following skills or abilities listed below:

Have strong leadership skills and the ability to support other team members

The ability to work with a wide range of groups and ages, including schools, churches, sporting clubs, birthdays and disadvantaged youth

Be organized, flexible and have a great attitude.

Level 2 First Aid and Working with Children’s check (first aid renewal options can be discussed once successful)

Someone who thrives in a fluid environment, passionate, friendly, eager to learn and grow in all areas, enthusiastic and has great positive energy.

Must be available to attend the mandatory staff training camp in January 2021

Desirable but not mandatory:

- Experience and Qualifications working in the Outdoor Industry

- Experience and Qualifications working with people.

This is a casual position, based in Trafalgar
