Job Description

Following a busy season last year, we are looking to increase our pool of freelance instructor and expand our team of casual staff for the 2021 season. We are a Community Interest Company, providing affordable, accessible, inclusive and progressive water sports and adventurous activities. 

We are seeking dedicated and knowledgeable freelance instructors with outdoor industry experience & qualifications, particularly paddle sports. 

We are also seeking to expand our casual staff team who have experience or qualification’s in paddle sports, forest schools and customer facing experience.      

Our staff team and freelance instructors are incredibly important to us and highly valued. We always strive to make sure everyone feels part of the team and wish to continually help people develop. We would love to hear from anyone who share the desire to assist in the growth of a not-for-profit Community Interest Company for the good & benefit of the local community.
