We are a self-funded, not for profit, membership-based organisation that represents more than 800 local tourism businesses

Located across multiple sites including 4 stunning caves and 2 historical lighthouses, 4 key Visitor Centres, and at the expanding Busselton- Margaret River Regional Airport, the team prides itself on inclusion, individuality, hard work and energy, and we strive to provide a fantastic working environment for all our team members.

An opportunity exists to join our team of guides that work between Cape Naturaliste Lighthouse and Ngilgi Cave. These positions are on a permanent part-time basis and would suit someone looking for 4-5 days per week, this would include sharing weekends, public and school holiday shifts.

Guiding experience would be desired, as would any caving or outdoor leadership experience. Working within the tourism industry in roles that require interaction with the public would also be advantageous.

This job requires a reasonable level of fitness and the ability to interact positively under pressure with visitors and work colleagues.
