We are a residential boys’ sports camp on Lake Winnipesaukee in Moultonborough, New Hampshire. We offer 4, 5, and 7 week sessions for boys aged 7-15.

As a waterfront sports counselor, you will act as a part of our waterfront and life-guarding team that operates all of the following activities:
· Waterski & wakeboarding
· Deep water swim with inflatable
· Paddle boarding
· Canoeing
· Kayaking
· Sailing
· Fishing
· Boat driving

Primary Responsibilities:

• Enhance the skill level of every camper while promoting a fun and exciting program. You will do this during activities, electives, and one on one instruction.
• Live in a cabin with campers and act as their guardian and primary supervisor to ensure camper safety and well-being at all times.
• You will be charged with helping campers make friends, navigate homesickness and conflict, provide guidance and leadership and act as a role model.
• A typical day may include waking up with the campers, lifeguarding (teaching swim, kayaking fishing paddle boarding, boat driving) leading a campfire at night and participating in camp traditions – no two days are the same!

At Camp,you will have the opportunity to work at the Waterfront surrounded by like-minded individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of children.

**Lifeguards come 10 days prior to staff orientation to get certified through Red Cross
** Whether you are already certified or not it is mandatory to go through our camps standards to become a lifeguard here. We will take you to Southern New Hampshire for a 3 day course that is very long and tiring but will ultimately get you to work at camp as a lifeguard.

Job Types: Part-time, Internship, Contract

Pay: $1,900.00 - $2,400.00 per year

Experience:

• Lifeguard: 1 year (Preferred)
• relevant: 3 years (Preferred)

• High school or equivalent (Required)
