Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team, coordinating a range of activities at the beach from Jet Skiing, Surf Lessons and Boat Tours to Banana Boat Rides, Paddleboarding & beach hire.

The role will be based at either of our two beautiful locations in Cornwall

You will be required to complete day to day administrative tasks as well as answer booking enquiries via phone, email, social media messages and face to face.

We work very closely as a team, so you will be required to help in other areas of work as a when you are needed. This role is very diverse, no two days will be the same.

All applicants must be willing to work weekends and bank holidays.

Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Taking bookings over the phone, via email, social platforms and face to face

• Managing day to day administrative tasks

• Greeting customers when arriving for their activities

• Provide excellent customer service throughout each individual experience with us

• Taking payments

• Excellent written and verbal communication

Capabilities: 

• Fantastic organisational skills

• A good team worker

• Flexible and reliable

• Happy to get involved in activities if needed

Desirable: 

• Social Media skills (managing content/advertising)

• Understanding of marketing
