Job Description

Both should be IKO Kite Instructor: minimum IKO level 2 with 3 years minimum of teaching.

-If one is personal trainer is a BIG plus.

-Strong experience on the high kite school luxury industry. -Knowledge of teaching kite surfing from Jet Ski & boat is mandatory.

-Strong experience required of all water sports activity:

Wake boarding & water skiing, any kind of towing, snorkeling, boat rescue, jet ski, sea bob, electric surf, e-foil...

-Captain Boat License certifications: STCW 95, MCA and RYA /Powerboat Level 2 or equivalent.

-3+ years of guest service / hospitality required, luxury hotel or private club preferred. -Basic boat maintenance knowledge and skills.

-CPR, AED and First Aid Certification required.

-Able to live in very remote place.

-Ability to work both in a team environment and independently. -Ability to stay calm and focused during the busiest of times.

-Ability to remain flexible and patient when communicating with members, guests and staff.

-Ability to work a flexible schedule, including: evenings, weekends, and holidays. -High level of reliability.

-Ready to start the 1 November 2021

-Very good fixed salary/ 10 hours day/ 2 days off per week/ long-term (or seasonal) contract possible.
