Job Description

We're looking for enthusiastic Instructors and Coaches for our growing Water Sports department in the most idyllic location in Scotland.

We’re looking for self-motivated individuals able to work with their initiative and enthusiasm to deliver educational, fun activity sessions and courses.

Join our growing, enthusiastic and vibrant team whilst working within the best up and coming Resort in Scotland. We offer a range of activities including kayaking, paddle boarding, canoeing and many more and welcome individuals as well as groups of schools, young and corporate team-building groups.

Successful applicants must be willing to carry out all manner of jobs that go hand in hand with running a busy activity centre with minimal fuss and a good work ethic.

Employees will come out of a long hard summers work with far more skills than they came in with and not necessarily in fields they were expecting. We also look to develop our staff's chosen disciplines to ensure we can provide the highest quality sessions, and make them far more employable in their future career paths.

Please note that we cannot provide staff accommodation but can assist with sourcing good rental properties within the local area.
Requirements
WATERSPORTS INSTRUCTORS would require to Power Boat Level 2/3

We are based in the beautiful banks of Loch Tay in Perthshire surrounded by breathtaking views of the Perthshire hillside.
