Prospective instructors must have a strong work ethic, be able to operate unsupervised and manage operational risks. Our operation uses a combination of oar frame raft, cat rafts, paddle rafts, tandem inflatable kayaks and traditional whitewater kayaks.Experience on the Clearwater river is an asset. Proficiency rafting large volume rivers is desirable. All applicants should have the following:
Senior or Trip Leader Guide Licence Advanced River Kayak Instructor (not required but an asset) Swift Water Rescue Technician Wilderness First Aid 50hr (80 preferred) 3 years Whitewater Guiding or kayaking experience Class IV Rafting or Kayaking experience Class IV Drivers Licence (not required but an asset)
