Club Manager

The Club, located in substantial premises in the centre of Dartmouth adjoining the beautiful River Dart are seeking to recruit for this important post. The position, which may suit a couple, requires a person having senior management experience in the hospitality industry. In addition to all the waterborne activities, the Club operates a thriving bar and restaurant, and the role requires the person to take full control of all operations and staff under the guidance of the Rear Commodore Hospitality and the General Committee. The successful candidate will be responsible for the profitable operation of the bar and catering which serves about 1,300 members and visitors. The candidate will act as an ambassador for the Club and be responsible for the maintaining high standards.
