Job Description

Our Adventure Centre covers 130 acres of beautiful grounds that have been landscaped and have purpose built activity areas and recreational facilities for both children and adults. Our client base includes local and national school and youth groups as well as families and individuals from the local community. During busy periods the working rota will include working weeks of 6 days and you will also be required to work evening and stay overnight on a rota basis for evening activities and overnight cover for residential groups. During quieter weeks your working hours may reduce to 4 working days per week giving extra time to recharge your batteries or develop your skills with free access to the centres facilities. Benefits

We believe that everyone, including our team should have the opportunity to have fun, challenge themselves and learn new skills. As part of this we encourage staff to make use of our activity facilities in their spare time, to utilise the wealth of experience in the team to develop existing skills or to learn new ones, or just to unwind after a busy day.
