We are educational adventure travel operator within the youth travel market, operating in the developing world and New Zealand, we provide exciting and immersive adventure travel and developmental programs at a time in life where we can facilitate real change in our participants lives!

About the role

The Admissions Director's purpose is to convert assigned clients into sales, and achieve their sales targets as assigned, through existing clients, positive relationships, diligent application of the sales process and thorough product/customer knowledge. The Admissions Director will provide exceptional service and administration support to their customers for the full lifetime (pre, during, post, repeat, alumni) including dealing with complaints and problems.

Skills and experience

Attributes:    highly organised, self starting, attention to detail, good interpersonal skills, excellent communicator (oral & written), passion, excellent listening skills, empathy, negotiation skills, time management

Experience:    

• Has 2-3 years experience with sales account management.
• Has experience in industry with a similar product suite either in New Zealand, or with international travel products
• Strong understanding of the US College and US Youth Customer Market
• Experience with CRM Platforms (Hubspot or Salesforce

Skills:    Excellent fluency of MS Office Suite, excellent electronic literacy, CRM platform fluency.
