About the role
The Admissions Director's purpose is to convert assigned clients into sales, and achieve their sales targets as assigned, through existing clients, positive relationships, diligent application of the sales process and thorough product/customer knowledge. The Admissions Director will provide exceptional service and administration support to their customers for the full lifetime (pre, during, post, repeat, alumni) including dealing with complaints and problems.
