About the job

We are a small family run boat charter company based in the Turks and Caicos Islands seeking a full time captain to join our team for the upcoming season. We operate 3 boats; 2 30+' motor catamarans and a 33' Grady White Canyon. We offer day charters cruising and exploring nearby islands. All boats are powered by Yamaha outboards ranging from 50-300hp. Applicants must be willing to work 6 days a week and on holidays.

Qualification requirements:
-5 years experience
-2 years in charter industry
-current STCW
-fully vaccinated
Preference given to but not required:
-divemaster or higher
-outboard engine mechanic experience
-fishing experience
