Aaron’s dive shop is looking for a new full-time member of our ohana!

Position available immediately for a team-oriented dive shop management staff member. The ideal candidate will be a team player that is friendly, organized, professional, knowledgeable, creative and has good communication skills. Managerial experience is required. Dive experience is preferred. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are a must. Must be on island.

Daily tasks include:

-Scheduling staff across multiple activities and locations

-Customer service – working the dive shop and/or supporting shop staff

-Handles product ordering (from the order form to the unboxing and display of items)

-Responds to all open customer follow-up requests and provides proper resolution

-Provides clerical support (i.e., filing, office supply ordering)

-Task delegation to shop staff, scuba instructors, etc.

Ideal candidate experience:

-Managerial experience - required

-Interpersonal skills - required

-Fareharbor - preferred

-Dive360 - preferred

-PADI familiarity - Pro site - preferred

-PADI Certification – Divemaster or higher is preferred but not required

-Captain license - not required

-Gear Technician - not required

Compensation negotiable

We are a small Kailua dive shop that caters to locals and tourists. We treat everyone with the spirit of Aloha. We are a PADI 5-star IDC facility highly respected island-wide and beyond. We have been providing happy customers guided certified dives, discover scuba dives, gear rentals, gear servicing and scuba instruction for 50 years.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
