About the job

Small dive center in the Dominican Republic looking for a couple to run the operation long term (minimum 12 months). 1 instructor and 1 Divemaster or 2 instructors.

Requirements

Couple must be willing to relocate to the Dominican Republic soon, be organized, have exceptional work ethic, teaching and guiding experience. At least one must be familiar with regulator and tank maintenance and speak Spanish. Must be customer service oriented.
Responsibilities include reservations and logistics, social media management, equipment maintenance and upkeep, teaching courses, guiding fun divers, running DSD and snorkel trips. You will also be responsible for shop finances, bills and liaising with accountant and lawyer.
