Exciting multi-activity centre, including dry ski slope, near Bristol.

?Our Family is growing! We are looking for qualified instructors who love the outdoors to come and join the best team in the industry.

We are an expanding, dynamic business that is looking for its newest team members. You will be required to run activities for a range of clients in a variety of locations. You will need to be able to work independently and as part of a team and have a passion for delivering exceptional activity sessions. In-house, training will be given in all our activities which are not covered by NGB qualifications. Other benefits include free recreational skiing/snowboarding, a training budget.

Essential experience and qualifications

• ?Age 21+ (For vehicle insurance)

• Full UK Driving license

• D1 Licence + CPC

• MT RCI

• BC - Sheltered Water Coach Award

• BCA - LCLA L1 – ideally with Mendip/South Wales caves

• NRSA (or willingness to complete*)

• ArcheryGB Leader (or willingness to complete*)

• Knowledge of team development and initiative exercises

• Enjoy a varied and challenging programme

• Strong communication skills

• Good presentation skills

• Work well under pressure whilst remaining prompt and professional

• Experience working in the outdoor industry

• A positive outlook and ability to work as part of a team

?Desirable experience and qualifications

• MT RCDI

• BC - Canoe Leader, Kayak Leader, SUP Inland Open Water Leader. PSI, PSL, FSRT Provider

• BCA – LCLA L2

• BASI L1 / SSE L1 

• Duke of Edinburgh Supervisor/Assessor

• Bushcraft experience
