As our successful candidate, you will be driven, committed and motivated to consistently create and provide these memorable guest experiences, as well to work on continuous improvement with yourself and your professional development.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure each guest is consistently given the gift of devoted and selfless attention, overall creating lifelong memories.  

To the role you bring with you;

  • Previous experience in a Luxury Lodge environment or similar,
  • Flexibility and reliability to work across a variety of shifts,
  • A desire to learn, develop and continuously improve, and
  • A current Tasmanian drivers licence with PPV provision (or willing to obtain),
  • A vehicle and drivers licence (preferred), or other modes of accessibility to the property.

This role is in a beautiful remote, Tasmanian location, but still only be a two hour drive away from Hobart and Launceston.
