Job Description

Leading this team of Instructors, you will canvass, prospect, contact and meet with prospective groups who would be interested in learning to ski or develop their skiing capabilities. You will also directly coach and provide training to your adaptive instructors and provide encouragement for others to become qualified in disability snow sports.

You will be:

• Qualified in Adaptive snow sports.
• A highly motivated individual who demonstrates strong inter-personal skills.
• A clear communicator who is professional and can provide an exceptional guest experience.
• Possesses a very committed and diligent working style.

Salary: competitive based on experience
Qualification Required: BASI Level 1
