Job Description

We are looking for a Kitesurf Instructor to join our team from the beginning of July 2021!

We are offering:

* Accommodation + lunch

* Use of equipment according to availability

* Commission-based salary

* Get to spend some time in the water everyday

* Work in one of the most beautiful spots worldwide

Your requirements:

* Love being in the water!

* If licensed (IKO or VDWS), at least 1 year (2 seasons) of coaching experience at 2 different spots (ocean or sea)

* If NOT licensed, at least 3 years (6 seasons) of coaching experience at 2 different spots (ocean or sea)

* Experience in customer service

* Team player

* Ability to engage and communicate with the clients

* Fluent in English plus another language such as German, Russian, Spanish or French is a MUST
