We are recruiting in IRELAND!

Our 2 centres are looking for the right persons. 

Position 1: Dublin

When: May-September

What:Kitesurfing Instructor

Full time or Part time in Dublin with the team.

We look for someone passionate, experienced (min 3 years) ,independent, self motivated, enthusiast, fun and responsible )

Position 2: Achill Island

When: June- September

What: Experienced Chef for the summer in the Pizzeria on Achill Island ( all our chefs are surfers or kitesurfers so its a great opportunity to work and talk kite!)

About Us:

We are the leading Kitesurfing company in Ireland with 2 centres. We celebrated our 15th season this year . We are located in quite perfect conditions for teaching: shallow waters, flat, no need of boat, just a good wetsuit for the long days ( 20 degress in summer) BUT beautifully beautiful. We look for someone for our Achill Island centre ( host of KSP World Tour 2012, Mai Tai 2014, and other great little events) and in our centre in Dublin ( very busy in summer, great city with mighty Craic)

We work hard, but we are all passionate and love what we do... and sharing it with our students, guests and customers.

As a business we pride ourselves on providing the right experience for all customers, working as a team and building honest, respectful and encouraging relationships as well as working hard and playing hard! ( well before COVID anyway )

This job would suit an individual looking to develop their experience in the water sports industry as well as those looking to grow their management experience and work as part of a dynamic, flexible, active and sociable team.

Job Purpose:

Providing quality Kitesurfing to clients of all abilities.

Responsibilities

Customer Experience

Delivering a high standard of customer service through anticipating customers’ needs and ensuring successful provision of all customer Kite propositions.

Excellent customer service standards

Being positive at all times with a can do attitude

Delivering high quality value for money, structured lessons

Giving a wide range of Kite and SUP advice

Prioritising customers safety at all times

Essential:

Good English

Driving License /yes over 23

BKSA, IKO, VDWS Kite Instructor qualification and minimum 3 year experience

Desirable:

Level 2 Kite instructor qualification

SUP qualified

Beach lifeguarding qualification

Worked or lived abroad

Additional Language/s

To be noted:

+ to like to be in wild West Ireland, a quiet peace of Heaven that can be busy in the Summer (for Achill)

+ not expecting IBIZA style summer but we love it, so why not you?

+ not expecting to be full body tanned after the summer ( only the face)

+ beside enjoying a bit of humour... being extremely serious at work...the best work in the world: to share your passions and change life of people, thats what we truely believe.
