Job Description

Seeking an experienced Lead Deck/Bosun who is also a qualified Dive Master or Instructor - preference for Instructor - to join a dynamic 40m Charter/Private M/Y in South FL by June 18th.

Tight-knit crew looking for a solid long-term addition to the team.

Open to a strong female candidate, provided they hold their Dive Instructor.

Requirements:

Yachtmaster and B1B2 in hand, all certificates up to date

Experience with large tenders (42')

Longevity and positive references

Seeking a well presented and active candidate with a personable and positive demeanor

Itinerary:

New England Summer, Bahamas Winter

Package:

$4000-4500 +/- DOE

50 days leave per year

$2000 flight allowance per year

Full medical

Excellent bonus structure in place - owners are wonderful
