We’re expanding our awesome team of instructors and have exciting opportunities for the right candidates. We're located in sunny studland in the Isle of purbecks and run Kayaking and Paddleboarding Adventures, Foraging, Bushcraft, Coasteering, Outdoor Cooking Courses, Feasts and more.

Salary; Lead Instructor £20-24k Pro rata Relative to your skills and experience
 

Seasonal; May - October 2022 (This will include weekend work.)

Essential Qualifications; For the lead role we would require a minimum of a First aid cert with UKCC level 2 Paddlesport coach or equivalent with a Sea kayak leader award, SUP coaching endorsement or SUP coastal leader who have the experience to go it alone as a lead coach. We also have roles for Assistant instructors with a minimum First aid cert, UKCC lev 1 Paddlesport coach, SUP coaching endorsement or SUP coastal leader please get in touch if this is you.

* Level 3 forest School Practitioner

* Level 3 Beach School Practitioner

* BSAC Snorkel instructor

* Lifesaving qualification

* Knowledge of ethnobotany

* Rock climbing instructor RCI

* Fishing experience

* Archery GB/GNAS

* Coasteering qualification/experience

* Archery GNAS
