Mate / FORT LAUDERDALE

Seeking an experienced First Mate for an active Private M/Y, to join the vessel in South FL mid April.

Must be a qualified Dive Instructor. Ideally seeking a keen kite boarder as well.

Heavy water sports program. 

YM minimum required, with B1B2 in hand. Looking for a career minded candidate with solid references and a proactive, team minded persona. 

Own cabin on board. 

Active and fit crew who all have excellent longevity with the program - previous Mate and Chief Stew transferred to 50m new build within the fleet. 

Itinerary: South FL based/Bahamas/Caribbean

Fantastic Captain who does not micromanage, promotes continued growth and offers additional responsibility and drive time.

Zero drama crew. Positive social dynamic, not a party boat. 

Salary: $5500-6000 +/- DOE, full medical, annual bonus
