We are recruiting for Spring 2023!

Join Hong Kong’s leading outdoor adventure education group’s multi-cultural team in 2023! Established in 2002, with programs across Hong Kong and Asia, we have been at the forefront of this industry for the past two decades.

We are now hiring instructors to lead multi-activity day and overnight camps which may include rock climbing, kayaking, team building games, camp craft, and more. We’re seeking candidates with a solid background in outdoor activities, a passion for teaching students from ages 7-18, and exceptional interpersonal skills.

Instructors will receive a highly competitive salary of approx. USD$2,500-$2,800 per month (depending on experience) on a 9 or 10-month contract (Feb–Nov or Sep–May), contract completion bonus, quarantine reimbursement, opportunities for advancement, meals on overnight programs, and in-house skills training, as well as the option of staying in our subsidized shared flat.

Applicants should be fluent in English, have a university degree, be certified in first aid, and have at least four seasons (or two years) of experience in an outdoor instructional role. Certifications in wilderness first aid, lifesaving, kayaking, rock climbing, etc., are highly desirable.
