We are Australia’s largest full-service sea-kayak & surf-ski centres and has been in existence for over 30 years.

We offer retail sales, hire, tour activities, lessons in sea kayaking & surf ski paddling and team-building experiences.

We are looking for a skilled and friendly addition to our team:

Operations Manager / Senior Sea Kayaking Guide


We work hard to provide a very fun, friendly and safe working conditions.

Ideally, you come from a paddle sports, outdoor industry or surf industry background and have a passion for the water.

Your sea kayaking skills need to be at a very high level.

Your primary responsibility will be surrounding:

• Rental Fleet Management.
• Kayak Tours Development.
• Kayak Guiding / Instruction.
• Staff on-water training.

Additional involvement:

• Paddle Sports Equipment Sales
• Development & Marketing of Mirage Sea kayaks and Mako Paddles
• Event Management of the Massive Murray Paddle (and new events)

Skills we are really looking for:

• Customer service: Friendly, happy, passionate and believes that the customer is always right.
• Time management: You should be the one of the most organised person on the planet.
• Multi-tasking: You can have many items on the go and have control over your personal chaos. Attention to detail & accuracy: Nothing misses your eagle eyes and mistakes are very rare    
• Sales: You promise that with the right kayak sales training you can have the entire Sydney out on the water. 
• HARD WORK: This position is a rewarding, tough outdoor job, with lots of lifting of kayaks - you will get fit!!
  
  Skills that would really make you stand out in the crowd.
• Senior First Aid Certificate.
• Drivers License and skills in towing a trailer.
• Boating License.
• Kayak guiding or teaching qualifications.
• Knowledge of the Outdoor Industry
• Passion for paddling
• Member of a Surf Lifesaving Club

We are located at the Spit Bridge in Mosman, right on a beautiful Middle Harbour Beach.
