The District of West Vancouver offers a wide range of health & fitness activities including a diverse selection of Group Fitness and Outdoor Cycling Schedules. We have immediate openings for casual Cycling Instructors. This position will be based out of our beautiful Gleneagles Community Centre (GECC) which is a place to get active, get creative, or relax with friends. Our outdoor training area at the GECC is a lively workout haven for outdoor cycling enthusiasts of all levels.

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Cycling Instructors who can teach a variety of class formats and incorporate a few of their own. The District of West Vancouver offers competitive wages and "in-house" (Continuing Education Credit) instructor training workshops.

The successful candidate will possess current Group Fitness Certification and/or Cycling Certification and experience teaching a variety of class formats. Shortlisted candidates will be required to audition.

The successful candidate will be required to supply an acceptable police information check and a copy of their credentials.

Position Status: Non-Union – Casual

Hours and days of work may vary.

Rate of Pay: Varied based upon qualifications and experience + 4% in lieu of benefits.
