Job Description

Position is required at our fantastic lodge in the lower Kaimai.

This is a part time position for an enthusiastic person to work with an experienced team delivering an outdoor pursuits programme to school children and adults.

3 days per week with some flexibility for additional days  Occasionally weekend work may be required.

Following attributes are necessary:

To be of good character
Able to work in a team
Ability to work with and instruct emerging adolescents and adults
Building and equipment maintenance skills necessary
Good communication skills
Good work ethic
High energy, initiative and sense of humour
Good knowledge of the outdoors and safety requirements
Experience in outdoor pursuits in particular high ropes and abseiling skills would be an advantage (onsite training will be provided)


NB:  the successful appointee will be subject to police vetting

Rate of remuneration will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
Use of own car will be required.

Starting date for the position will be 3 February 2021.
