Tena kotou katoa, we are seeking a vibrant and enthusiastic Outdoor Field Instructor to join our Auckland team in a fulltime role to commence as soon as possible by negotiation.

The position involves significant time away from home and the expectation that you may have to instruct out of our other branch from time to time.

We are committed to the on-going training and development of its staff and provides a Professional Development Package to support this. The successful applicant will be required to undertake training toward further NZOIA and other relevant qualifications.

Key Skills and Experience

To be successful you will have:

· At least two NZOIA Leader level qualifications or above and/or industry equivalent qualifications and tertiary training in the Outdoors.

· A current first aid certificate.

· Held a driver’s licence for a minimum of two years and be eligible for a P Endorsement.

· Excellent facilitation and communication skills.

· Initiative and problem-solving skills.

· Good organisational skills and computer literacy.

· An understanding of outdoor education and youth work principles.

· Ability to live and work in New Zealand.
