We are seeking an experienced outdoor manager to join our innovative, customer focussed and award winning team.  
Are you a fun and passionate outdoor enthusiast, ready to lead and inspire a new generation of young people in residential and journey based camps? Looking to work in a stunning environment 2hrs from Melbourne. Then this role could be for you.

A senior management position, the Outdoor Program Manger is responsible for camp planning and programming; risk management, business development and staffing. 
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a commitment to innovation, outstanding customer relationship skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Managing day to day operations you will plan and execute strategic business goals. You will have a broad outdoor network and relationships with key industry stakeholders.

Your qualifications:
• 3+ years experience managing outdoor programs
• Tertiary Outdoor Education qualification
• Abseiling, canoeing, swimming, high ropes & bike riding instruction
• Senior First Aid (Wilderness desirable)
• Working with children check, police check and driver’s license essential.
