An exciting opportunity to join the senior instructor management team

 

You'll be an inspirational, enthusiastic individual who has proven experience of coordinating activity provision and leading teams. You'll be a passionate outdoor practitioner and believe in the value of outdoor education.

 

As a member of the Senior Instructor team, you will deliver operational excellence, facilitate learning experiences, motivate, lead, and support your team. You will ensure that the exceptional teaching standards and highest levels of health and safety are maintained by working closely with the SI team to oversee day-to-day operations.

 

You will manage the coordination of safe activity provision, instruction and all associated training (both external and site specific). You will oversee all staff training, monitoring and development to ensure the centre has appropriately skilled staff to match business needs. You will support senior management in developing strategies to increase income, reduce expenditure and manage activity asset replacement schedules. You will manage a team of course directors and instructors, ensuring customer learning outcomes are fulfilled and all aspects of the business are delivered efficiently, effectively and safely.
