We are seeking applications for Senior Instructors for our Adventure Guide Programs. We have opportunities in New Zealand and internationally for 2021 and heaps more for 2022.

We have a mixture of contract lengths available from 6 - 36 weeks with competitive remuneration for the right candidate.

We are an experiential education organization based in Queenstown, New Zealand. We offer 6 and 12-week programs for groups of students, aged 18-35 years around the world. Our programs focus on meaningful experiential travel, immersing people in unique cultural environments, educating and inspiring them to reach goals, and encouraging personal development.

The Senior Instructor is solely responsible for the safe implementation and execution of the in-country logistics and the teaching of our Programs. They are also responsible for facilitating a supportive and growth orientated group dynamic with their students. To be successful you will possess technical qualifications and will be able to demonstrate comfort working solo and autonomously. Providing group leadership, instruction and assessment over 12 weeks will come naturally to the Senior Instructor.

Students on our programs are looking to walk away with NZOIA Bush and Rock Leader qualifications and our instructors are responsible for getting the students prepared for assessment.

Senior Instructors should possess NZOIA Bush and Rock 1 (or equivalent) and an in date WFR qualification.
