Job Description

Contract Type: Permanent, Part-Time, Variable hours. Availability at weekends and evenings are a must.

The Ski & Snowboard Instructor Team Member a heavily guest-facing role with the purpose of always putting the guest first, in order to ensure all guests have an amazing experience. You will be responsible for doing everything possible to make any guest’s day, making sure that your guest’s needs and requirements are met efficiently and in a timely and professional fashion.

You must hold a valid Snowsports Instructor licence including but not limited to, a valid DBS check, completed a Safeguarding and Protecting Children module, and a valid First Aid certificate. If you don’t hold all of the requirements listed above, you will need to obtain these before you can start teaching. There may be options for the company to assist with theses if successful.

Training and Development: We pride ourselves on developing the best instructors in the UK and provide an excellent training programme delivered by our Head of Snowsports and BASI trainer, to support our fantastic instructor team with their personal and professional performance

Salary: £9 – £10/hr + incentives
Qualification Required: BASI Level 1
