Job Description

We are now recruiting full-time ski instructors and snowboard instructors for the 2021/22 winter season! 

We run ski schools in Japan – in Nozawa Onsen, Yuzawa, Myoko Kogen, and Minakami. All of these resorts are rich in traditional Japanese culture and are renowned for endless deep powder days. 

We offer one of the highest ski and snowboard instructor pay rates in Japan, which is based on experience and certifications – between £16-23/h. We also offer staff accommodation, a free season pass, free staff training throughout the season and other perks like discounted or free lift tickets in other resorts.
