Job Summary

We are looking for Surf Instructors/Office Assistants for the upcoming season.

Candidates should hold a current and recognised beach lifeguard qualification as well as relevant qualifications in their desired role (Surf, SUP). All applicants must be personable, passionate, reliable, flexible and have experience within the industry. Additional skill development , further in-house training and incentives will be provided for successful candidates. Rates of pay are competitive and will vary depending upon experience and job role and will be discussed in due course.

Positions are available for just coaching, and also a mix of coaching and office roles.

ISA shadowing hours (20hrs) are also welcomed here.

All applicants will require an up to date DBS/CRB.
