Job Description

We are looking for fully qualified surf instructors (lifeguard and surf instructor qualifications) to join our team. 
They will be responsible for greeting clients, sizing boards and wetsuits and leading beginner surf lessons.
They will also learn how to take payment, book clients and if they’re happy, to assist on coasteering and SUP.

We’re looking for passionate, intuitive and outgoing people who care about our clients and making their first experiences of surfing great.

At a rate of £30 per 2.5hr surf/sup session and £40 per 3hrs coasteer session.
Flexible hours, staff clothing included and the opportunity for end of season bonus.
Our main season runs from May-September with the possibility of 2/3 day weeks in April and October.
