An experienced instructor for both tandems and AFF, rated on both Strong and Sigma equipment to work in a beautiful setting and amongst a passionate small team.
The work will involve running and assisting with AFF ground courses, mentoring, and training the students through to completion of A Licence. Most days will require the successful candidate to switch between roles and regardless always ensuring they are keeping an eye on the students whilst on the ground, in the plane and under canopy.
The successful candidate will have a strong autonomous work ethic, with a broad range of experience that enjoys working with the wider team in a challenging, busy yet fun tourism environment.

The role is based at the Motueka Airport there is no accommodation offered as part of the package. Flexible roster options will be considered for the right candidate.
Hours of work are daytime weekdays, as well as most weekends, as required. This will be a varied, challenging role working for a company that is driven to succeed and grow. It is a very rare opportunity which makes the role even more unique.
