Job Description

A capable leader and educator, responsible for planning and managing all aspects of instructor training for the ski and snowboard school at a Mountain Resort.

The successful candidate will possess the following traits and abilities:

• At least twenty-one (21) years of age
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Must possess substantial and documentable experience in management, administration and as a professional ski/snowboard instructor
• Hold a current Level-3 PSIA/AASI certification or equivalent
• An effective communicator who acts an ambassador of service for the Company internally to staff and externally to guests
• Ability to resolve issues with an assertive attitude of respect and maturity, while adhering to company policies and best practices
• Strong familiarity and working knowledge of safety practices in ski and snowboard school operations
• Valid California driver's license with an acceptable driving record
